Our Owner

The president/owner of DUSA is Jane Covart. Jane has been in the natural gas industry for over 25 years. She was senior vice president with a leading materials distribution firm, founded over 40 years. Jane has worked in nearly every aspect of the distribution industry, including customer service, technical sales, operations, and administration.

Jane is active in power industry organizations, particularly Energetic Women, which prepares women for leadership in the energy industry, in both operations and engineering.

Through her long experience in the industry, Jane came to see there was a strong need on the part of natural gas utilities and contractors to work with diverse providers, including WBE organizations. Jane developed DUSA and its services division GTS to help fulfill that need.
